Field Day SSB

Field Day SSB is an international contest organised by IARU Region 1, in which radio amateurs from across Europe make contacts with one another on the classic shortwave bands using single-sideband (SSB) voice transmission under field conditions — that is, with portable stations and independent power supplies. The contest lasts 24 hours, from Saturday 13:00 UTC to Sunday 12:59 UTC, and takes place annually on the first full weekend in September.

Log Submission

Logs must be submitted within 8 days of the end of the contest via the USKA’s web-based upload interface at contestlog.uska.ch. The log is considered accepted once the evaluator has sent a confirmation of receipt by email (please also check your spam folder if necessary).
Submission deadline for 2026: Monday, 14 September 2026.
