USKA – EmComm – 2024 : WinLink “mobile” station wanted
The amateur radio “WinLink” system is part of the recognized transmission chain for emergency communications, in the event of failure of official or public networks. Some USKA sections even have emergency response teams equipped for this purpose.
To expand this network, we’re looking for clever HF or VHF “WinLink” terminal assemblies, easily transportable and designed by amateur radio operators. These could be presented at the EmComm Convention on Saturday, October 19, 2024 in Koppigen.
