Update 5.1.2020:

Quote from the regulations:
The Swiss participating stations must pass the RS(T) report, the 6-digit WW locator and canton (Ex. 59 JN45LX TI).
The foreign participating stations must pass the RS(T) report and the 6-digit WW locator (Ex. 59 JN45LX).

Approval 13cm range
For the 13cm band (as is well known) a permit must be obtained from OFCOM to operate on it. Marco HB9OCR has prepared an application in 3 languages that can serve as a template. Permits have already been issued with this template.
