IARU statement on restructuring

After the project had been on hold for around 20 years, the IARU very quickly published a summary of the submissions from the national societies. Many of the issues raised by the USKA were addressed in it.
In particular, the concluding comments clearly pointed out that a large number of national societies would like to see a hybrid form of organisation for the IARU, in which the regions continue to play an important role and also retain a certain degree of autonomy.
This was also the main concern of the USKA statement.
In our opinion, the project has only now really gained momentum.
