The 8th EMC Level 1 video conference 2024 took place on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Urs HB9BKT informed about the topics of the USKA board and about planned electronic ballots. Work on a USKA direction finder for 80m, which can also be used for direction finding in the 3-30 MHz frequency range, was presented. Information from the TK-CISPR meeting (Comité international spécial des pertubations radioeléctriques) and the EMC meeting with ENAMS extensions were explained. ENAMS activities relating to a measurement at a site concerning the installation of a WPT-EV (Wireless Power Transfer for Electronic Vehicles) system will be taking place shortly. Richard HB9ERB reported in detail with a presentation on a fault report in connection with a heat pump, which dates back to 2021 and has still not been completed.
