HB9E – Operators wanted!

The HB9E radio station at ENTER Technikwelt in Derendingen/SO began operations on 7 June 2025. The equipment currently consists of an IC-7610 TRX with dipole (HF bands from 3.5 to 14 MHz), a VHF/UHF TRX and a CB TRX. The station is to be further expanded in the future.

For the time being, the plan is to demonstrate amateur radio on Saturdays and Sundays during opening hours from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. As a rule, the station should be manned by two radio amateurs. We are looking for licensed radio amateurs for this! Are you interested in this mediation activity? We are looking for sociable colleagues with good communication skills who can actively engage in conversation with visitors (children, teenagers and adults) and take into account a wide range of prior knowledge.
