The sections of the USKA are invited to send a maximum of two adult members of the USKA, at least one of whom must be an honorary or active member, as delegates.
Any motions must be submitted to the USKA Secretariat, Bahnhofstrasse 26, 5000 Aarau, for the attention of the Executive Board by December 23, 2023 (postmark). The motions must have been passed by resolution of a General Meeting that was duly convened and at which the matter was duly announced. According to Art. 67, Para. 3 of the Swiss Civil Code, an item is duly announced if the section members can easily recognize which items are to be discussed and decided upon after viewing the agenda and the Articles of Association. The sections are requested to submit only motions relating to matters of principle. The proposals approved by the Assembly of Delegates must be submitted to the honorary and active members for their confirmation or rejection by means of a postal ballot in accordance with Art. 6.1, No. 1 of the Articles of Association.
In accordance with Art. 5.4 of the Articles of Association, the GPK and active members without section affiliation also have the right to submit motions. Any motions must also be submitted to the above address by December 23, 2023 (postmark).
Suggestions and requests that lie within the competence of the Executive Board are to be addressed to the secretariat and are welcome at any time. Questions and suggestions regarding the USKA competitions must be presented at the VHF / HF meeting or also addressed to the secretariat.
In addition, the sections must inform the USKA of the number of their members (divided into members and non-members of the USKA) and the composition of their board by December 31, 2023 at the latest, in accordance with Art. 4.1.2.2 of the statutes. Sections that do not fulfill this provision are considered inactive and are not entitled to representation at the Assembly of Delegates.
